Sales & Targets :- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual retail sales targets for CBS products (faucets, showers, sanitaryware, wellness solutions).- Drive concept selling of Complete Bath Solutions rather than individual products. Train and motivate the sales team on consultative selling approaches.- Proactively engage walk-in customers, understand requirements, and close sales with effective product presentations.Retail & Customer Management :- Provide expert product knowledge, ensuring customers receive the best solutions based on needs, style preferences, and budget.- Deliver superior customer experience from initial walk-in to post-sales follow-up.- Resolve escalated customer queries and issues in coordination with customer care and service teams.Team Leadership :- Lead and coach showroom sales staff ( floor team ) on product knowledge, customer handling, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.- Monitor performance of individual sales consultants and assist in performance improvements where needed.Showroom Operations :- Ensure product displays, visual merchandising, and showroom aesthetics meet brand standards and enhance customer experience.- Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment, and accurate documentation of showroom activities.- Maintain brand hygiene and pricing discipline in the retail space.
