Job Description
Role Overview:The Inside Sales Executive (B2B) will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and supporting revenue growth for enterprise IT solutions. This role involves handling corporate clients, pitching IT products and services, preparing proposals, and working closely with internal teams.This position is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, interested in IT sales, and capable of converting business requirements into sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Interaction & Sales Development- Engage with corporate clients and build long-term relationships- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions- Promote software products, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity offerings2. Lead & Revenue Management- Track business commitments against sales targets- Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams- Identify, negotiate, and manage key accounts within the assigned territory3. Proposal & Commercial Activities- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams- Work on monthly sales targets and revenue goals- Support sales planning and execution strategies4. Market & Product Awareness- Understand industry buying behavior and decision processes- Stay updated on new IT products and solutions- Share market and customer insights with managementRequired Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to understand and learn technical concepts- Good negotiation and customer handling skills- Strong time management and organizational skills- Team-oriented with a learning mindset (ref:updazz.com)
