Mid-Level Interior Sales Executive / Relationship Manager - Experience Center Location: [Sarjapur] | Experience: 3-7 years | Industry: Interior Design / Modular & Crafted InteriorsRole Overview:We are looking for a Mid-Level Interior Sales Executive / Relationship Manager to manage client interactions at our Experience Center. The ideal candidate combines sales skills with design understanding, converting leads into confirmed projects and ensuring premium client experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Engage clients at the Experience Center and understand their interior requirements - Attend meetings scheduled by Presales executives from the captured lead database and support conversion of leads- Present modular & bespoke interior solutions, including finishes, layouts, furniture systems, and materials- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups, ensuring clarity and accuracy- Collaborate with designers & production teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery- Maintain and manage lead pipeline to meet sales targets- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals- Represent the brand professionally in client interactions and showroom engagementsSkills & Experience:- 3-7 years in interior sales, furniture, or design-led solutions- Proven ability to convert leads into confirmed projects- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- Basic knowledge of interior design, modular systems, and craftsmanship- Comfortable coordinating with designers and production teams- Proficient with CRM tools and sales reportingAdded Advantage:- Experience with residential or commercial interiors- Knowledge of modular furniture, cabinetry, or bespoke craftsmanship- Ability to support clients with material selections and design clarificationsTargets & Incentives:- Achieve monthly deal closure targets (company-defined based on market) - Performance-based incentives as per company policy, rewarding high achievers Culture Fit:- Client-focused, proactive, and results-oriented- Professional and detail-conscious in presentation and client handling- Passionate about interiors and delivering exceptional experiences- Collaborative, able to coordinate effectively with designers and production teamsSenior Interior Sales Executive / Relationship Manager - Experience Center - Location: [Sarjapur] | Experience: 6-12 years | Industry: Interior Design / Modular & Crafted InteriorsRole Overview:We are looking for a Senior Interior Sales / Relationship Manager to lead client engagement at our Experience Center.
