Company Overview : We are a rapidly growing startup operating in the Wellness sector as a first AI driven platform of Atmann App which connexts reiki healers and usersRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence PAN india with app selling skills for business and healer onboarding. This role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role directly contributes to the company s overall success by acquiring new customers and increasing market share.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.- Experience in corporate sales and solution sales.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
