Regional Head - Sales - Microsoft Solutions (B2B)Location: BangaloreQuick Fit Check (Apply ONLY if this is you):- 10-15 years in IT B2B sales, selling Microsoft / cloud / licensing / infra solutions to enterprise accounts- Have owned multi-crore targets and closed large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals- Strong experience in Bangalore enterprise market with CXO connects- Comfortable owning a regional P&L slice and leading/mentoring a sales team- Very strong in pipeline building, solution selling, negotiation, and account strategyIf you don t have strong enterprise IT sales Microsoft / cloud solutions exposure, this role is not the right fit.About the Role:We are hiring a high-impact Regional Sales Lead - Microsoft Solutions to own and grow our Microsoft-focused business in Bangalore. This is a quota-carrying, leadership-oriented role that blends strategic account management, hunting for new logos, and building a strong Microsoft-centric ecosystem in the region. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding cloud and services business, and positioning our organization as a preferred partner for enterprise customers.What You Will Own:1. Regional Strategy & Growth- Build and execute a clear regional sales plan for Microsoft and related solutions.- Achieve quarterly and annual multi-crore revenue targets through strong pipeline creation and conversion.- Drive growth in cloud infrastructure, managed services, and technology solutions across key industries.- Identify and crack new enterprise accounts and high-potential segments in and around Bangalore.- Contribute to long-term regional growth strategy, including cross-sell/upsell within existing accounts.2. Sales Execution & Deal Closure- Run complete enterprise sales cycles: discovery, solutioning, value proposition, proposal, commercial negotiation, and closure.- Maintain a strong, predictable funnel; track opportunity movement and forecast accurately.- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and customer success.- Lead CXO-level meetings, solution demonstrations, and strategic presentations for key pursuits.- Continuously monitor competitor activities and share actionable market intelligence with leadership.3. Leadership & Team Productivity (where applicable)- Lead and mentor a regional sales team focused on Microsoft and enterprise solutions.- Hire, train, and groom high-performing sales talent aligned to aggressive growth goals.- Set and track KPIs for individuals and the team; drive performance through structured reviews.- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, customer centricity, and continuous learning.- Encourage tight collaboration with cross-functional teams to win and scale accounts.4. Enterprise Customer & Relationship Management- Build deep, long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT heads, procurement, and business stakeholders.- Ensure high customer satisfaction, renewals, and repeat business via regular governance and value review meetings.- Act as a trusted advisor on cloud adoption, modernization, cost optimization, and security.- Take ownership of escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution to protect relationships.5. Reporting, Governance & Compliance- Maintain accurate reports, forecasts, and key account plans as per management cadence.- Follow internal processes for pricing, discount approvals, deal documentation, and compliance.- Participate in regular reviews with the Managing Director and contribute to regional business strategy.What You Must Bring:10-15 years of experience in IT B2B sales with strong exposure to:- Enterprise accounts- Microsoft / cloud infrastructure solutions- Managed services and technology solutionsProven track record of:- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets- Handling multi-crore portfolios- Closing large, complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders- Strong grip on solution selling and consultative sales for cloud, licensing, and infra deals.- Excellent communication, C-level presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Analytical, data-driven approach with strong planning, territory management, and execution discipline.- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort working in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.- Experience working with OEMs, distributors, SIs, and channel partners for joint go-to-market and deal closures.- Location: Role based in Bangalore- Frequent in-person meetings with enterprise clients across the region (ref:updazz.com)
