- Welcome Email & Welcome Call.- Sending Demand, Reminder letter, preparing agreement, NOC, EFT Letter & Possession letter.- To do collection of the client, provide receipt.- Help customer in calculating & paying TDS.- Explain customer the Registration Process- Follow up with banker for disbursement, also providing documents to the banker for APF.- Doing Reconciliation with Accounts for the payment received from start to end for possession- Maintaining MIS of the project.- Reconciliation of TDS from 26AS.- Resolve queries and complains of the customer.- Handing over possession to the client by completing the documentation for Society Formation (ref:updazz.com)
