Market & Competitive Intelligence : - Build deep understanding of India and Global retail tech landscape- Identify whitespace and defensible product moats- Translate macro trends (AI, omnichannel, automation) into product advantage- Shape 12-18 month strategic product direction aligned to market growth KPIs3. Customer-Backwards Thinking-- Lead structured discovery with customers- Convert insights into scalable, repeatable product bets- Protect long-term product integrity over short-term customizations4. Product Craft & Execution Excellence-- Translate strategy into crisp PRDs and solution briefs. We need PMs who will deliver prototypes not just PRDs- Drive prioritization frameworks grounded in ROI and impact- Exceptional product sense knowing when to prioritize speed and when to invest in foundational work- Builder mindset with obsession for speed and constraint free thinking. 5. AI-Native Product Innovation-- Identify opportunities to embed AI native solutions into product workflows- Move beyond dashboards into automation & copilots that could add delight to customers- Be obsessed to test and adopt all contemporary AI tools and technologies 6.
