Sales Support Role (3-6 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Sales Management)

This position requires good communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.The Sales Support Analyst will work under supervision, prioritize tasks, communicate with the sales team, and help create opportunities for the sales team. This position reports directly to the Market Engagement Director and the ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Utilize available tools to research and discover new leads and contacts.- Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.- Track personal metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.- Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain CRM data integrity.- Provide customer service to prospects, clients, and sales partners.- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree required.- Interest or basic experience in lead generation.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under supervision.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Basic proficiency in using CRM and lead generation tools.- Willingness to learn and adapt in a goal-oriented setting.- Familiarity with marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
