About the Role:We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will have a Hotel Management background and bring professionalism, warmth, and efficiency to ensure a smooth front desk and office experience.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.- Manage front desk operations including visitor entry, meeting room bookings etc.- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling client/vendor meetings.- Handle courier, mail, and front-office supplies.- Maintain visitor logs, access cards, and ensure security protocols at the reception area.- Support HR/Administration in onboarding new employees (welcome kit, seating arrangements, induction).- Assist leadership with travel bookings, hospitality arrangements, and event coordination.- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with company standards.- Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
