Job Description :- We are looking for a proactive Sales Reachout Intern with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel to support our sales outreach, lead management, and reporting activities. This role requires working extensively on Excel-based data tracking, analysis, and reporting to support daily sales operations.- This is an ideal opportunity for freshers to candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are comfortable handling large datasets in Excel and want real-world exposure to B2B sales processes.Job Location - Remote (Anywhere in India)Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM IST Experience: Fresher to 6 monthsKey Responsibilities :1. Lead Research & Data Management :- Research, compile, and maintain lead databases using advanced Excel sheets- Clean, organize, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy- Use Excel for lead segmentation, filtering, and prioritization2. Reporting & Analysis- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel- Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, and filters for analysis- Track outreach metrics such as contacts added, emails sent, responses, and conversions- Identify trends and insights from Excel data to improve outreach effectiveness3.
