Coway India is looking for a visionary Sales Strategy Manager to serve as the chief architect of our sales organization. You will build the backbone of our team by recruiting and managing a high-performance Health Planner (HP) and Health Manager (HM) network under a legal direct-selling framework.Key Responsibilities:- Team Architecture: Design and execute strategies to build a robust network of Independent Agents (HP) and a professional management layer (HM).- Scalable Growth: Implement a Spin-off model to promote high-performing managers and expand our organizational footprint.- Performance Strategy: Oversee MRP-based commission schemes and regularly adjust incentive tiers (Jumping Points) to maximize productivity.- Sales Training: Create comprehensive programs focused on product excellence and an Entrepreneurial Mindset for managers.- Compliance & Analytics: Ensure all activities strictly align with Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and monitor active HP ratios for stable income levels.Requirements:- Experience: 10 years in Sales Strategy or Direct Selling, preferably within consumer appliances.- Leadership: Proven track record of building large-scale sales teams from the ground up.- Skills: High proficiency in complex commission structures, sales-to-revenue ratios, and Indian Labor Laws.- Education: Bachelor s degree (MBA preferred).- Languages: Mandatory English fluency; proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is a plus.
