Job Description: Telecaller DTDCMake inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding DTDC courier services, bookings, delivery status, and complaints.Provide accurate information on shipments, pricing, delivery timelines, and service areas.Track consignments and update customers on delays, rescheduling, or delivery confirmations.Register customer complaints and coordinate with operations for quick resolution.Maintain call logs, customer records, and follow-up details in the system.Support branch operations by confirming pickups, deliveries, and payment details.Achieve daily call targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional communication.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in customer service.Must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken).
