Required Sales Executive In Delhi

JOB TITLE: Sales Executive Business Loan, Home Loan, LAPROLE OBJECTIVE:Generate, process, and close loan business for Business Loan, Home Loan, and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals while meeting monthly disbursement and revenue targets. Source new customers for Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP. Conduct field visits for client acquisition and document collection. Collect and verify all required documents: KYC, income proof, bank statements, property papers, etc. Maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, brokers, and referral partners. Maintain daily MIS, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting. Handle customer queries and provide post-disbursement support. Business Loan (Secured / Unsecured) Loan Against Property (Residential / Commercial) Strong sales and negotiation ability Field sales experience Target-oriented mindset Clear communication in Hindi and basic English Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred South Delhi, DL Vasant Kunj, New Delhi
