Manager - Lead Generation - SaaS (1-3 Yrs) Bangalore (IT Sales)

Role & Responsibilities- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and leads generated from webinars, trade shows, etc.- Understand customer needs and requirements.- Answer prospects queries and send them the required pitch material.- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure.- Build effective pipeline and achieve quarterly targets.- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.- Maintain and expand the database of prospects.- Conduct competitor benchmarking.Candidate Profile- Previous experience in an inside sales position in a SaaS organization.- Experience in handling the indian market - Experience in selling CX solutions.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Zoho.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong cold calling skills.- Ability to achieve targets.
