Job Title - Junior Broker - Residential ServicesLocation - GurgaonExperience - 3 - 5 yearsWork Mode - Work From Office ( 5 Days)Must Have s - Real Estate ResidentialProperty listingsClient ManagementRoles & Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.- Handle client interactions, understand requirements, and recommend suitable residential properties.- Maintain property listings and coordinate site visits and property presentations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to achieve successful conversions.- Negotiate pricing and deal terms to close transactions.- Ensure smooth documentation and transaction processing with internal teams.- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.Required Qualifications :- Must have held a client facing role for minimum 3 years in residential real estate - Must be able to demonstrate exceptional client relationship management skills Experience in lead management to closure.
