Job Description
Job Overview :We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive B2B project sales across the North India region for our Solar and Smart Home Automation solutions. The role requires strong experience in project-based B2B sales, preferably within real estate, industrial, infrastructure, or energy sectors. The candidate will drive end-to-end sales cycles, build strategic relationships, and close large-scale projects with developers, industries, and institutional clients. This role requires extensive on-ground client engagement, therefore owning a two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for local travel and client meetings.Key Responsibilities :- Drive the complete B2B project sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure for Solar and Smart Automation solutions.- Identify and develop new business opportunities with real estate developers, industrial clients, warehouses, and infrastructure companies.- Build strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, architects, consultants, and project managers.- Deliver tailored product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals for solar and automation projects.- Maintain an active pipeline of projects and manage forecasting and sales tracking via CRM.- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to ensure strong market positioning.- Own regional sales targets and consistently drive revenue growth.- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution and delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree required (MBA preferred).
-2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, home automation, IoT, real estate solutions, or related industries.- Strong network with real estate developers, industrial clients, architects, or consultants in North India.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex project deals.- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.Mandatory Requirement :- Candidate must own a bike/two-wheeler for client meetings and local travel.- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR and North India for business development.
