As an Admission Officer- Sales & Marketing, you are expected to:- Generate admissions by conducting Above the Line (ATL) & Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities such as- seminars in schools, open seminars in town & residential spots.- Contribute towards set targets by doing school visits for meeting principals, coordinators & management personals for business development.- Ensure a delightful customer experience while going for home visits to counsel students and parents & close admissions.- Capitalize on business opportunities by liaising with local tuition teachers.- Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.To be successful in the Admission Officer- Sales & Marketing role you are required to have:- Ability to handle customers in an empathic & patient manner.- Must have strong sales persuasion skills.- Excellent networking and presentation skills to conduct seminars.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to sales & services.- Fluency in English and Regional Language.- Comfortable for traveling and public speaking.Must to have Attitude:- Customer Orientation- Sense of Ownership and Accountability.- Result orientation- Emotional intelligence for working in a team.Qualification:- Must have bachelor s degree.- Preferred BTech / MBA /Masters in Psychology, Education etc.Experience:- Previous experience in counselling in education or careers counselling.- Previous experience of Business to Customer (B2C) sales across industries.Key Interactions:External- Student, Parents & Schools.- Partners and vendors for Above The line (ATL) and Below The line (BTL) activities.Internal- Branch s Academic & Non-Academic teams.- Regional Student Support Centre.- Regional Sales & Operations Team.
