It is not a brand or YouTube production role and not a review-only leadership role.The Creative Director will work as a strong individual contributor, actively writing scripts, sourcing creators, directing shoots, and guiding editors to produce performance-driven ads. Full-time video editor(s) will report to you, while actors and camera person will work on a freelance basis.
