Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst with a strong agency background and proven expertise in managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across lead generation and e-commerce, with a demonstrated ability to run successful, data-driven lead generation campaigns. Experience working with services-sector clients will be a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)- Own end-to-end lead generation campaigns, from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting- Manage and analyze performance for a diverse portfolio of clients/projects, including both lead gen and e-commerce- Drive campaign efficiency through continuous testing, audience refinement, and funnel optimization- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, account management) to improve campaign outcomes- Prepare clear performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketingRequired Skills & Qualifications- 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital/marketing agency environment- Strong hands-on experience managing lead generation campaigns (mandatory)- Experience working on e-commerce performance campaigns- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights- Experience working with paid media platforms and analytics tools- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications- Prior experience working with services-sector clients- Exposure to complex lead funnels and high-volume lead generation programs- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members (ref:updazz.com)
