Job Title: Lead Generation (B2B Marketing)Department: MarketingLocation: Gurgaon Experience: 5-10 yearsIndustry Preference: Industrial Automation / Robotics / Warehouse Automation / B2B Tech / SaaS / Engineering productsReporting To: Head - Marketing / Marketing LeadJob Purpose:We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to build and manage inbound and outbound marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads for the sales team. The role will focus on digital lead generation, campaign management, lead nurturing, and sales enablement support across different channels like LinkedIn, email, website, events, and partner programs etc.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Demand Creation- Create and execute B2B lead generation campaigns to support monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Generate leads through: - LinkedIn outreach and campaigns - Email marketing and drip campaigns - Paid campaigns (Google/LinkedIn - if applicable) - Website landing pages and forms - Webinars, events, exhibitions- Build lead pipeline in targeted sectors like: - Warehousing & logistics - Manufacturing - E-commerce fulfillment - Industrial automation2. Lead Qualification & Nurturing- Work closely with sales teams to define: - Lead qualification criteria (MQL/SQL) - Lead scoring approach- Drive lead nurturing programs to improve conversion from inquiry to meeting/demo.3. Marketing Campaign Execution- Plan and execute digital campaigns including: - Campaign calendar - Target audience - Messaging and creatives - Landing page coordination - Follow-up plans- Track campaign effectiveness and improve performance via optimization.4. Sales Enablement Support- Support sales with: - Brochures, company profile, case studies, pitch decks - Product solution positioning notes - Email templates / LinkedIn messaging templates- Ensure timely availability of marketing collaterals aligned to sales priorities.5. Data Management & Reporting- Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel / Lead trackers.Required Skills- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and demand generation funnels.- Hands-on experience with: - LinkedIn lead gen, outbound outreach tools (optional) - Email marketing tools - CRM systems- Good written communication for professional outreach campaigns.Preferred Qualifications- MBA in Marketing / Communications or relevant background.- Experience in industrial / robotics / automation domain preferred.- Exposure to paid marketing is an added advantage: - Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting campaigns (ref:updazz.com)
