Senior Manager - Sales - Industrial (8-10 Yrs) Kolkata (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Purpose: Responsible for proposal preparation for marketing / business development of various types of Crushers, Screens, Feeders, Grinding Mills etc. as product as well as integrated systems in Coal, Iron Ore, Limestone, Aggregate and Steel applications. Responsibilities (Major deliverables of the role):- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals across domestic market and ensure continuous revenue is generated.
-Thoroughly understanding the customer s technical requirement and making an optimum technical commercial proposal.
-Build and lead high performing sales team with technical competencies.
-Coordination & participation in functional areas like- tender evaluation & quotations, documentation & tech. bid analysis, - Drive end to end sales cycle- from lead generation and solution pitching - Responsible for sales cycle completion.
-Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the Seniors team - Developing team through motivation, mentoring and product knowledge education required to meet the organizational goals.
-Promoting the organization and products.
-Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
-Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
-Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
