Job Description
Assistant Manager - Sales (Retail)Dehradun | Key Responsibilities:- Drive retail sales performance across Faucets, Sanitaryware, Cisterns & HWS to achieve revenue targets.- Manage and grow RD/RSD network, including key account ownership and new RD onboarding.- Ensure dealer productivity with focus on expansion, visibility, and brand hygiene at retail outlets.- Train and guide RD/RSD sales teams to improve conversion and market execution.- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and promotions; resolve supply and sales-related issues.- Strengthen dealer relationships and develop a strong retail dealer/customer pipeline.Key Competencies- Proven retail sales leadership and dealer management skills.- Strong understanding of the building materials / sanitaryware industry.- Ability to drive market expansion, team performance, and operational excellence.
