Job Title: Field Sales Executive - IT Product SalesLocation: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Karnataka, TamilnaduExperience: 2-5 years (IT sales preferred)Employment Type: Contract to Hire (Can be converted to Fulltime)About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive responsible for driving IT product sales, generating new leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet targets through field visits and client interactions.Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and market research- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pitch suitable IT products/solutions- Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, product demos, proposal presentation, and deal closure- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM with client details and follow-up actions- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support- Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications- Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (mandatory)- 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT products, SaaS, or technology solutions- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach- Basic understanding of IT products/solutions- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetingsKey Competencies- Lead Generation- Field Sales & Client Acquisition- Product Presentation & Demonstration- Negotiation & Deal Closure- Relationship Management (ref:updazz.com)
