Cluster Head - Sales - Investment Product (5-6 Yrs) Mumbai/Hyderabad/Ahmedabad/Delhi/Pune/Bangalore/Surat (BFSI Sales)

This role would be responsible to acts as a profit center head by contributing in terms of business development & expansion of IFDG channel . It would focus on team expansion & retention along with expansion of IFD base & advising them on primary market products.Responsibilities and Tasks:1.To act as a profit center head for the branch2.To expand team size across the location3.The role involves identifying & empaneling CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth Advisors, Insurance agents and Finance professionals and empaneling them as Independent Financial Distributors with JM Financial4.Training new empaneled IFDs to effectively use digital platform and Mobile app for providing Knowledge on Primary Market Products (like MF, NFO s, IPO s, NCDs, Capital Markets products, Bonds and Corporate Fixed Deposits, etc.)5.Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on ongoing basis6.The person should have good understanding of client (IFDs) needs in Primary market products7.Acquiring new IFDs & advising them on primary market products8.Organising events to develop the Business of IFDs (ref:updazz.com)
