Seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate/Sr. Associate - Voice/Chat Support Leading E commerce company.This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, handling inbound inquiries about disputed transactions. The successful candidate will validate identity, initiate effective communication, capture customer interactions, notes, and all relevant information, submit dispute claims forms for investigation within prescribed regulatory and compliance timelines, execute dispute claim investigations in accordance with Federal Regulations E and Z, NACHA Operating Rules, and other applicable regulations, guide Members to navigate online tools and applications, adhere to policies and procedures, ensure high-quality service delivery in a 24/7 environment, take training, execute action plans, focus on improvements according to behavioural and SMART action plans, and seek steady improvement according to QA guidelines.- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate responses.
-They should also have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
