Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Trainee to join our sales team and drive business growth through strategic outbound prospecting. In this role, you will identify and engage target companies through personalized email campaigns, qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity to develop foundational sales skills while contributing directly to revenue generation.Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential customers within target markets and industries- Craft compelling, personalized email outreach campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations to assess fit and buying intent- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for senior sales team members with qualified opportunities- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM system- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads generated and meetings scheduledQualifications- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools (CRM, email automation, etc.)- Resilient mindset with ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm- Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
