Job Description
The role involves developing business with project heads, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers, with a strong focus on specification selling, project pipeline development, and sustained revenue growth in tile adhesives and related construction solutions.Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with project heads, architects, contractors, builders, and consultants in the designated territory.- Generate and track a strong project pipeline; map upcoming, ongoing, and future construction projects and convert them into business.- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and specification discussions with architects and project stakeholders to ensure the products are included in BOQs and project specifications.- Visit construction sites regularly to understand application requirements, provide on-site technical support and ensure correct usage of products.- Negotiate pricing, terms, and project-specific deals within company guidelines to achieve sales volume, value, and profitability targets.- Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution, material availability, and service support for projects.- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing, and provide regular market intelligence report to management.- Prepare and submit periodic sales forecasts, project status reports, visit, and MIS as required by the company.- Ensure timely realization of payments and adherence to credit control norms for all project accounts handled.
