Location: Multiple Locations - PAN IndiaRole Overview:- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced wealth professional to manage and grow relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices.- The role focuses on delivering bespoke wealth solutions, building deep client trust, and driving long term AUM growth through a holistic advisory approach.Key Responsibilities:- Acquire and manage UHNI and Family Office clients with a strong focus on long term relationship building.- Provide customized wealth management, estate planning, and investment advisory solutions.- Drive business development through networking, referrals, and strategic client engagement.- Offer tailored investment strategies across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, structured products, PMS, AIF, private markets, and global investments.- Coordinate with internal product, research, and investment teams to deliver superior client outcomes.- Understand complex client needs including succession planning, philanthropy, and governance structures.- Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines.- Track and enhance client portfolio performance while identifying cross selling opportunities.Eligibility and Experience:- 8 to 15 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Family Office segment.- Proven track record of managing and acquiring UHNI clients.- Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and investment strategies.- Established client network in the UHNI space will be preferred.- Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills.- Radiate Rays Consultancy - Talent Partner - Hemisha (ref:updazz.com)
