Job Description
Role Summary :The B2B Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Kollecta.ai s social media presence across all relevant platforms. This role focuses on strategic brand positioning, content execution, and performance analysis, ensuring Kollecta.ai is consistently represented as a credible, authoritative, AI-first leader in debt recovery.- This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and execution excellence.Key Responsibilities :Strategy & Planning :- Develop and own Kollecta.ai s B2B social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and others as required).- Align social media initiatives with overall marketing, brand, and business objectives.- Define platform-specific goals, content themes, and messaging frameworks.- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and positioning across all channels.Content Development & Execution :- Create, curate, and manage high-quality B2B content, including:- Thought leadership and industry insights- AI and debt recovery education- Product and capability storytelling- Brand-led visual and narrative content- Creative thinking visuals, not generic - Build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars.- Collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams to deliver polished content.- Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and clarity in a regulated financial environment.Platform Management :- Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and optimization of social media content.- Adapt content format, copy, and cadence to each platform s best practices- Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes relevant to B2B engagement.- Maintain a professional and responsive brand presence.Community Management :- Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions across platforms.- Respond professionally and consistently to inquiries and engagement.- Identify opportunities for proactive engagement with industry stakeholders.Analytics & Reporting :- Track and analyze social media performance metrics across platforms.- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.- Use data to continuously optimize content strategy and execution.Required Qualifications :Education :- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).Experience :- 4-5 years of experience managing B2B social media accounts.- Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media platforms.- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies strongly preferred.- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging B2B content.Required Skills & Competencies :- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.- High attention to detail and quality.- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.- Strong understanding of B2B buyer behavior and decision-maker audiences.- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :- Growth in brand visibility and engagement across social platforms.- Quality of inbound engagement and inquiries generated via social channels.- Consistency and quality of brand messaging.- Timely execution of content calendars and campaigns.
