If you love writing, storytelling, psychology, human behavior, or creating content that makes people feel seen, this role is for you.What You ll Do (Daily Work)You ll own emme s daily social content end-to-end:1. Create daily short-form content (Reels Carousels)- Write short emotional scripts (6-10 sec reels)- Create simple text-based visuals (white / minimal / calm)- Come up with relatable hooks- Turn emotions into scroll-stopping content2. Build emotional cultural relevance- Track trends, memes, reels, and emotional patterns- Adapt them to emme s voice (gentle, human, safe)- Understand Gen Z & young millennial emotions deeply3. Grow and nurture community- Read comments & DMs- Spot emotional patterns & content ideas- Suggest new formats based on audience reactions4.
