Executive Operations Role - Programmatic Media (1-3 Yrs) Mumbai (Online/Digital Marketing)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate will manage campaigns end-to-end, drive performance optimization, collaborate with partners, and contribute to overall business growth.Key Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and the overall demand-supply landscape- Manage campaigns efficiently with a focus on revenue, cost analysis, and daily performance optimizations- Handle and operate multiple self-serve platforms independently- Work hands-on with in-house and third-party tracking tools, marketing channels, ad formats, and MMP platforms- Track, analyze, and clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders- Support partners through emails, calls, presentations, screen sharing, and in-person meetings- Forecast and monitor key account metrics to ensure consistent performance and growth- Stay updated with industry trends through professional publications and networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.- Take ownership of new initiatives and contribute ideas that add value to the team and organization- Understand the overall workflow of the company and independently manage assigned responsibilities- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and insightsKey Requirements- Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Programmatic Advertising- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHow to ApplyPlease share your resume along with your current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
