Partnered with 350 global universities, we have helped 14,000 students achieve their dreams of studying in the USA, UK, Canada, and beyond through expert coaching (GRE, GMAT, IELTS) and seamless visa processing.Company Website: https://texasreview.com/Role Overview:As a Test Prep Counsellor, you will be the face of our organization, helping students and parents navigate the complex journey of overseas education, where your ability to build trust and provide expert guidance leads directly to enrolment s.Key Responsibilities:- Expert Counselling: Provide comprehensive guidance on study abroad opportunities, including university selection, admission processes, and training for standardized tests (GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, & OET).- Lead Conversion: Manage the full enrollment cycle-from initial inquiry to final admission-ensuring high conversion rates from leads to active students.- Research & Strategy: Stay updated on global university rankings, course eligibility, and visa requirements to provide accurate, value-added advice.- Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent rapport with prospective students and parents, acting as a dedicated mentor throughout their journey.- Sales & Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets to drive branch growth.- Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with the Admissions Department to ensure timely processing of applications and fee collections.- Issue Resolution: Handle student queries and escalations with a strong customer-service orientation to ensure high satisfaction levels.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Knowledge Base: Familiarity with overseas education processes and eligibility exams (IELTS, GRE, etc.) is a significant plus.- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex processes simply.- Sales Mindset: A result-oriented approach with a focus on closing the deal while maintaining ethical counseling standards.- Customer Centricity: A genuine desire to help students attain success in their chosen career paths.Shift Timings & Work Structure:To provide flexibility for students and working parents, we follow a rotational shift model:- Weekdays : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM OR 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.- Sunday: Working on alternate Sundays with a compensatory week off on a weekday.
