Job Description:Our team is looking for driven and energetic Inside Sales Executives to help students make informed career decisions by enrolling them into our industry-ready tech programs. This is a high-impact sales role involving student counselling, relationship building, and closing enrollments.Roles & Responsibilities:- Reach out to prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups.- Understand students career goals, background, and learning needs.- Counsel students on programs and explain value proposition, curriculum, and outcomes.- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.- Achieve daily call targets, monthly enrollment targets, and revenue goals.- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM.- Address objections and close sales through effective communication.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.Required Skills & Qualifications- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi preferred).- Strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving targets.- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus.- Experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Tele-sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).What We Offer- Attractive incentive structure with uncapped earnings- Structured sales and product training- Clear career growth path in sales and leadership roles- Work with a fast-growing EdTech brand- Young, energetic, and performance-driven culture (ref:updazz.com)
