Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager with a strong background in technology sales (IT services and/or tech products) who can manage deal pipelines effectively and drive revenue growth.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B technology sales, stakeholder management, and deal closures, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.Roles & Responsibilities : - The individual will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and revenue, including but not limited to the following:- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and respond to RFIs and RFPs professionally and creatively.- Present company capabilities and solutions to prospects during discovery and solution calls.- Document client requirements clearly to align with delivery and engineering teams.- Pitch proof-of-concepts (POCs) to prospects to demonstrate capability and build stakeholder confidence.- Collaborate with internal teams to complete requirement gathering, solution design, effort estimation, and pricing within timelines.- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to enable deal closures.- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure deal velocity and closures aligned with KPIs.- Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.- Develop and nurture strong relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle.- Reconnect with cold leads and continuously strengthen the sales funnel.- Track, analyze, and present sales performance reports to management.- Support sales leadership in improving and optimizing the sales processes and strategy.- Mentor and guide junior sales executives where applicable.Skills Required :- B2B Technology Sales- IT Services / Product Sales- Sales Pipeline Management- RFI / RFP Handling- Proof of Concept (POC) Selling- Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management- Commercial Negotiation & Deal Closure- Sales Forecasting & Reporting- Cross-functional Collaboration- Team Leadership & People Management- Analytical Thinking & Decision Making- Strong Written & Verbal Communication (ref:updazz.com)
