The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the cosmetics and personal care raw ingredient market to achieve sales targets and foster strategic customer relationships.Department: Sales and Business Development Industry Focus: Pharma and Lifesciences/Chemical/Beauty and Personal CareCore Responsibilities Include:- Managing the entire personal care ingredient sales lifecycle for the designated India region.- Proactively seeking out and developing new business streams while consistently nurturing current client relationships.- Functioning as the critical link between the customer s needs and our internal R&D team, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.- Regular business reporting (e.g., pipeline status, YTD performance, customer feedback) for strategic decision-making.- Acting as a technical consultant to clients to support product application and drive sustained business development.
