Location: Mumbai, India (Hybrid - 2-3 days from office)Experience Required: 8-15 YearsStatus: ActiveSalary Range: - 30-40 LPAOpen Positions: 2About the Role- We are seeking a highly experienced Services Sales Lead to own the sales function for a Business Services portfolio. The role is responsible for driving new business, building and maintaining enterprise client relationships, and meeting revenue targets in the US markets - especially North America.- The ideal candidate will be a consultative seller with proven experience selling services that solve operational challenges and deliver measurable ROI to clients.Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy & Execution :- Build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.- Identify and segment target markets, industries, and client opportunities.- Define sales targets, KPIs, and scorecards to measure performance and forecast growth.New Business Development :- Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities.- Generate and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach.- Lead deal negotiations, contract structuring, and commercial discussions.- Act as the external face of the organization, promoting services and value propositions.Client Retention & Expansion :- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.- Present tailored service solutions based on client needs and operational goals.- Drive repeat business, upsell services, and expand engagement scope.- Participate in client business reviews and strategic planning discussions.Collaboration & Sales Planning :- Partner with marketing to shape go-to-market messaging and campaigns.- Work closely with delivery and operations teams to craft proposals and SOWs.- Provide accurate sales forecasts, funnel updates, and strategic insights.Reporting & Continuous Improvement- Monitor sales performance and provide periodic reports.- Use data-driven insights to improve conversions and pipeline health.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : - Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets- Quality pipeline development and conversion ratios- New client acquisition and retention metrics- Average deal size and sales cycle duration- Client feedback on engagement and service deliveryQualifications & Skills :Required:- 8 years of B2B services/BPO sales experience- Proven track record selling people-driven services (Managed Services, Outsourcing, Back-office)- Minimum 5 years of direct experience with US/Canada clients (North American market)- Experience managing the full sales cycle for US clients from India (offshore/onshore model)- Strong knowledge of US business culture and legalities- Minimum 3 years of CRM mastery (Salesforce preferred) with forecasting/reporting discipline- Expertise in pipeline building, lead generation, and deal closure- Enterprise deal negotiation skills (contracts, commercials, SOWs)- Master s degree preferredPreferred :- MBA or equivalent advanced degree- Experience collaborating with service delivery teams to co-create proposals- Understanding of client service operations (customer support, accounting, transaction management)Additional Guidelines :- Flexibility to work US business hours (evening shift - 3 PM IST onwards)- Hybrid work model from Mumbai (Andheri)- Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences- Interview process: 3-4 rounds (virtual face-to-face)- Joining time: Immediate - 45 days (buyout option available) (ref:updazz.com)
