Senior Business Development Executive (SaaS) Noida | 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM | 4-6 years experience | CTC: 8-10 LPA What this role is really aboutThis is not a cold-calling sales role.This is a consultative, product-facing, conversation-led SaaS role for someone who enjoys understanding business problems, translating them into product stories, and bringing software to life through meaningful demos.You will work closely with international prospects, sales teams, and product conversations, helping organizations explore how a SaaS platform can genuinely solve their challenges. If you like client conversations, discovery calls, tailored demos, and being the person who bridges need with solution, this role will feel deeply satisfying. What you ll be doing:- Your work will sit at the heart of the sales and pre-sales journey.- Leading high-quality product demonstrations for global prospects, primarily across the US and Europe- Understanding client contexts, challenges, and goals, then customising demos and solution narratives around real use cases- Acting as a trusted product and solution advisor in conversations, not a pitch machine- Supporting sales cycles through discovery discussions, RFP/RFI inputs, technical clarifications, and POCs- Translating customer needs into clear product positioning and internal insights- Collaborating closely with sales and internal teams to shape stronger proposals and solution approaches- Occasionally conducting training sessions, walkthroughs, or knowledge-sharing webinars for customers or internal stakeholders- The real impact: helping serious buyers move from interest to confidence.Who will thrive here:This role is ideal for someone who:- Enjoys product conversations more than aggressive selling- Feels confident talking to both business and semi-technical audiences- Likes preparing for meetings, understanding contexts, and crafting thoughtful demos- Naturally thinks in terms of problems, workflows, and outcomes- Is comfortable working with international clients and structured sales processes- Wants to grow deeper into SaaS, pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise sales journeys- You ll do well here if you re curious, composed, articulate, and quietly persuasive. Must-have experience:- 4-6 years of experience in a SaaS or software-led environment- Strong hands-on exposure to live product demos and client-facing solution discussions- Comfort engaging with international customers, especially US or European markets- Ability to explain technical or complex ideas in clear, business-friendly language- Experience supporting sales cycles with discovery, pre-sales conversations, or solution mapping- A customer-first mindset with solid problem-solving abilityNice-to-have exposure:- Involvement in RFPs, RFIs, or proof-of-concept projects- Experience working closely with sales, product, or implementation teams- Background in training, onboarding, or product walkthroughs- Familiarity with SaaS buying journeys, enterprise clients, or platform-based products Work details:- Role: Senior Business Development Executive (SaaS)- Location: Noida- Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (global client-facing role)- Experience range: 4-6 years- Compensation: 8-10 LPA (depending on depth and exposure)- Industry: SaaS / Software products (ref:updazz.com)
