With deep industry partnerships and strong investor backing, the organization is committed to building practical skills, improving employability, and creating career transformation opportunities for learners across India.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Manager - B2C Sales & Business Growth to take ownership of sales execution, team leadership, and revenue growth. This role requires managing a team of sales professionals, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment and revenue targets.Key Responsibilities- Lead and scale a high-performing team of TLs, BDAs, and BDEs to achieve revenue targets.- Oversee daily sales operations including lead allocation, follow-ups, demos, and closures.- Track and optimize funnel metrics to improve conversions and enrollments.- Drive consultative selling to enhance customer experience and closing ratios.- Develop and maintain SOPs, pitch frameworks, and reporting processes.- Conduct performance reviews, training, and pipeline audits.- Partner with marketing and lead-gen teams to improve lead quality and efficiency.- Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce drop-offs and boost learner engagement.- Monitor dashboards, analyze data, and implement continuous performance improvements.- Forecast pipeline, set targets, and ensure consistent revenue delivery.Candidate Profile- 2-6 years of experience in B2C sales / inside sales / business development / pre-sales - Prior exposure to EdTech, Insurance, or high-ticket B2C industries preferred- Minimum 8 months - 1 year of team handling experience (team size 5 )- Proven track record in revenue ownership, consultative selling, and high-volume closures- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory)- Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and call tracking platforms- Highly target-driven, data-focused, and execution-oriented (ref:updazz.com)
