This role involves actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their event requirements, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their objectives and budget. The Event Sales professional collaborates closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction, directly contributing to the company s overall success and reputation.Key Responsibilities :- Generate new leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, outbound sales activities, and networking events to expand the company s client base.- Qualify leads and conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and event objectives, ensuring alignment with the company s service offerings.- Develop and present compelling event proposals and quotations that effectively communicate the value proposition and address client needs, securing new business opportunities.- Manage and maintain client relationships, providing ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate client records, enabling effective sales management and reporting.- Collaborate with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events, contributing to exceptional client experiences and positive word-of-mouth referrals.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales through cold calling, outbound sales, and effective networking.- Proven expertise in event management, wedding sales, and event planning, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry and client needs.- Proficient in using Salesforce to manage sales activities, track leads, and maintain client relationships.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and relationship building.- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to address client concerns and secure mutually beneficial agreements.- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
