The role involves managing social media platforms, coordinating webinars and online events, engaging with industry experts and freelance trainers, and ensuring consistent and professional brand representation.Key Responsibilities :- Manage and operate official social media handles, primarily LinkedIn and other relevant platforms- Promote the organization s brand, training programs, and professional initiatives- Identify, connect, onboard, and coordinate with industry experts and freelance trainers- Plan, organize, and execute webinars, virtual meetings, and online events- Host and moderate sessions on Zoom and Google Meet- Build, maintain, and regularly update a structured trainer database- Act as the primary point of contact for trainers and external collaborators- Ensure professional communication and consistent brand representation- Support PR, branding, and promotional initiatives as assigned by managementCandidate Requirements :- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Brand Promotion, PR, Training Coordination, or similar roles- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Presentable and professional personality- Strong networking, coordination, and relationship management skills- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn- Experience in coordinating webinars, online meetings, and events- Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)- Experience in education, training, EdTech, or professional services industry- Familiarity with basic digital marketing and branding concepts- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines (ref:updazz.com)
