Role Overview:- One of our esteemed clients into (process food industry) looking for Regional Sales Manager-HORECA Trade Channel role.- Incumbent should have exposure of handling team of ASM/Sales OfficersGeography Coverage :-Entire West Responsibilities:- Appoint, manage, and drive distributors and traders in the HORECA channel.- Ensure secondary sales growth through effective distributor engagement and trade push strategies.- Drive product penetration in the market through push-selling techniques.- Build a strong distribution network and ensure regular order flow and stock availability.- Implement schemes, promotions, and trade activities to increase sales.- Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.- Ensure timely claim settlements and support distributors for smooth operations.- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve regional sales targets.- The candidate must have experience in managing distributors & traders (not direct institutional sales).- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HORECA Trade, HORECA Distribution or Food Service Channel sales.
