Marketing Lead/ Manager Location: [Gurgaon] Experience: 8-11 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand, product, and demand generation efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance data-driven decision making with creative campaigns to drive growth, awareness, and customer engagement. The Marketing Lead will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to shape and execute our marketing roadmap. Key Responsibilities - Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
-Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
-Manage, mentor, and grow the marketing team.
-Demand Generation & Growth - Drive lead generation through digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and events.
-Build scalable campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
-Partner with sales to ensure alignment on pipeline growth and lead quality.
-Brand & Communications - Strengthen the company s brand presence across online and offline channels.
-Oversee PR, media relations, thought leadership, and employer branding initiatives.
-Create compelling storytelling around product, company vision, and customer success stories.
-Analytics & Insights - Track, measure, and report marketing performance across campaigns and channels.
-Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize effectiveness.
-Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior. Requirements:- 9 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or product driven companies.
-Inbound Marketing, Content, Social Marketing - Proven track record in demand generation, digital campaigns, and brand management.- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and performance analytics.
-Experience in leading and scaling a marketing team.
-Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Nice-to-Have - Exposure to AI, SaaS, or B2B product ecosystems.
-Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
