Doors Studio -Creative Lead (5-7 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Content/Design)

- Define and drive the creative vision for both the agency and its clients, ensuring innovative and effective design solutions across all platforms (branding, digital, print, social media, etc.).
-Lead and inspire the graphic design team, providing mentorship, feedback, and career development support to maximize creativity and team output.
-Assign, manage, and prioritize daily tasks for the creative team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
-Oversee and evaluate all creative deliverables, from concept development to final production, maintaining consistency with client objectives and brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with the strategy, digital marketing, content, and account management teams to ensure creative work aligns with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
-Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for prospective clients, contributing to business development efforts and new client pitches.
