Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveLocation: Tamil Nadu (Multiple locations)Experience: 0 - 4 YearsRoles & Responsibilities :- Identify walk-in customers at the store and convert them into painting business opportunities- Provide at-home consultations, assist customers with product and shade selection, and share quotations- Coordinate with painting contractors and plan the work schedule efficiently- Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per defined payment terms- Visit nearby construction sites daily to generate new leads- Travel approximately 20 km daily based on customer requirements- Participate in local marketing activities to generate leads and expand business opportunities- Handle field work and maintain regular customer interactionRequirements- 0 to 4 years of experience in sales / field sales- Good communication and customer handling skills- Willingness to do field work and travel daily- Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatoryBasic knowledge of paints / construction industry is an added advantageBenefitsPetrol allowance will be provided by the company (ref:updazz.com)
