Job Description
The Sales Development Manager in the Agency Channel is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive sales and achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents- Train and develop agents on products, sales process, and compliance- Motivate and guide agents to achieve sales targets- Drive business through the agency team- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback- Support agents in lead generation and closing deals- Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDA guidelines- Build and maintain strong relationships with agentsEligibility Criteria:Graduation is mandatoryMinimum 1-5 years of experience in sales CTC Upto 4 LPA Info :: 8200421048 (ref:updazz.com)
