Building compelling propositions for clients & Responding to RFPs 3. Work very closely with account managers and recruitment teams 4. Ability to carry a number target ( tracked monthly , quarterly ) 5. Building RPO and MSP capability for clients. 6. Establishing new Lines of Business Mandatory Requirements 1. Atleast 12 years of BD , Sales , Account management experience in International Recruitment ( UK/ Europe , US , APAC) 2. Stronghold on Staffing solutions 3. Excellent client handling capability 4.
