Role Description:This is a full-time, remote role for an Area Head at Parker s Consulting & Ventures Pvt. Ltd. The Area Head will manage and oversee operations within assigned regions, develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, and collaborate with branch offices to achieve sales and financial goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with business partners, analyzing performance metrics, leading and mentoring teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities for expansion and operational efficiency.Qualifications:- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills- Experience in sales, business development, and relationship management- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement business plans- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of the banking, finance, or loan distribution industry- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
