Job Description
Role Summary:We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Relationship Manager - Field Sales to drive business expansion through strategic partner acquisition and engagement. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong business relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective field-level interactions.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential business partners to strengthen the company s network and market presence- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to support sustained business growth- Generate leads through various channels and explore untapped markets for new opportunities- Conduct in-person meetings with clients across assigned locations to establish and enhance partnerships- Work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to negotiate and successfully close business dealsCandidate Requirements:- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant domain- 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives- Basic knowledge of financial concepts and industry terminology- Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language- Own vehicle (two-wheeler preferred) for local travel- Open to extensive travel within the assigned territory- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, and delivering presentations or proposals (ref:updazz.com)
