Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Program Manager - Sales to drive strategic sales initiatives within the EV charging and mobility ecosystem. The role involves managing enterprise client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding revenue through upselling and cross-selling solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients including fleet operators, charging point operators, OEMs, and commercial establishments.- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business within existing accounts.- Collaborate with product and operations teams to design customized solutions based on client requirements.- Track EV industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support business strategy.- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for senior management.- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure smooth client engagement.Qualifications & Skills- 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.- Experience in EV industry, mobility solutions, energy infrastructure, or technology solutions is preferred.- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
