Job Description
As our Coworking Sales Associate, you ll be the first impression and the closing handshake. You ll drive membership sales, manage leads, conduct tours, and work creatively to fill our space with the right people-freelancers, remote teams, and startups who ll thrive in our ecosystem.What You ll Be DoingSales & Membership Growth- Own the full sales cycle-from inbound inquiry and space tours to closing memberships.
-Proactively generate leads through outreach, referrals, and local networking.- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead, pipeline, and conversion data.- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales targets and occupancy goals.- Design and present tailored membership packages to prospective members. Member Relations & Retention- Build genuine relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and renewals.- Gather member feedback and work with operations to continuously improve the experience.
-Identify upsell opportunities-private offices, dedicated desks, event spaces.- Resolve member concerns quickly and professionally to maintain high NPS.Marketing & Community Activation- Collaborate with the community team to promote the space at local events and online.
-Assist in creating promotional content, offers, and campaigns to attract new members.
-Represent Ideas to Impacts at startup meetups, business forums, and city events.What Makes You a Great Fit- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality.- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong follow-through.
